Ruston, LA-based Sales Agent position offers uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include selling nonstandard auto insurance, generating new business, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dept of Insurance license preferred or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to reach targets.
• Accurately record all currency transactions and deposit timely to the bank via the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products best fitting their needs.
