Confie and its family of companies—Freeway Insurance, Acceptance Insurance, Southern Harvest, InsureOne, Bluefire and others—are hiring Insurance Agents in Hammond, LA. You will sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, with no cold calling and uncapped commissions.

This on-site role offers base pay plus monthly bonuses, renewal commissions, and growth opportunities in a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to follow up and manage multiple tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate accounting of currency transactions and timely deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that best fit their needs.
