Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships.
• High School diploma or GED.

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships.
• Connect with customers and expand opportunities with auto/home/health.
• Maintain transaction records in agency management system.
• Provide guidance to help clients choose appropriate coverage.
