Job summary

Confie and its family of companies, including Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others, is a leading U.S. privately held independent insurance broker. We hire Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products, with opportunities to grow earnings from homeowners and health lines where applicable.

Expect inbound leads, comprehensive training, and a performance-driven culture. You will solicit new business, build relationships, and provide trusted guidance to help clients choose

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (strong plus)
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of transactions, including deposits and documentation in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to help them choose the insurance product that fits their needs.
