Confie and its family of companies (Freeway Insurance, Acceptance Insurance, Southern Harvest, InsureOne, Bluefire and others) is hiring insurance sales professionals. You will sell nonstandard auto coverage to new and existing customers, build relationships & expand business while meeting quotas. The role offers uncapped commissions, base pay, and ongoing training.

Location is on-site in Hammond, LA. A license is preferred but not required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Nonstandard auto insurance sales to new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed sales production goals.
• License preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately account for currency transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.
