Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking an energetic in-office sales professional in Plano, Texas, to help customers with new policies, policy edits, renewals, and payments. You will inspect vehicles to assess risk and help build a client base through local outreach.

The role offers licensing assistance, ongoing training, and an uncapped commission structure with weekly pay, plus benefits and PTO. This is an in-office position designed for motivated, growth-focused individuals.

Qualifications

• Customer service or insurance sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Possess a valid and current Texas Limited Lines or Property & Casualty license (highly preferred).
• Reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Basic computer knowledge and strong written/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, edits, payments, renewals, and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk for insurance eligibility.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Handle policy renewals and coordination with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office tasks as needed.
