Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• License in Texas (Limited Lines or Property & Casualty) preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• Good written, verbal, and people skills.
• Complete continuing education courses (Paid for by A-MAX) as required to maintain active license status with TDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, payments, renewals and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through networking and marketing.
• Handle policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily housekeeping routines.
