Qualifications

• Requires customer service experience; bilingual ability is essential.
• Sales or insurance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office and maintain a professional environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel to other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
