Job summary

Pronto Insurance is hiring Sales Agents in California, offering full-time hours with paid training and licensing support. No prior insurance experience required, but customer service skills and bilingual English/Spanish ability are essential.

You will generate sales, assist customers, and handle policy updates across multiple locations as needed. The position includes base pay with incentives, licensing coverage, and opportunities for career growth within a growing regional network of offices

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
