Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Boise, ID to sell auto insurance and related products to inbound leads and walk-in traffic. You will build relationships, understand client needs, and grow earnings through additional products such as homeowners and health insurance.

Training, licensing, and mentorship are provided. You’ll work in a high-velocity sales environment with a focus on customer service, productivity, and growth within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain records of transactions in the agency management system.
• Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the right insurance products.
