Confie is seeking a Licensed Bilingual Call Center Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) in Buena Park, CA. You will sell nonstandard auto, homeowners, and health insurance to inbound leads and walk-ins, with paid training, licensing support, and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred (will support obtaining)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated attitude with growth/advancement mindset
• Sales closers – commission-driven and competitive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales targets
• Build relationships by understanding customer needs and expanding auto, homeowners, or health insurance opportunities
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records, deposits, and documentation in the agency system
• Be a trusted advisor, establishing rapport and guiding clients to products that fit their needs
