Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Must be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license
• Must be able to obtain Series 6 Securities Sales license
• Prior insurance sales experience preferred; P&C and Life/Health licenses highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue new business leads through various sales strategies.
• Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based assessments to identify and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Contribute to agency sales targets by meeting or exceeding performance goals and quotas
