Training is fully paid, licensing costs are covered, and you must be able to obtain the required insurance license. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, and you will work at multiple office locations within the region.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a goal-oriented environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel to other office locations within the assigned region.
