Pronto Insurance in Texas is seeking motivated Sales Agents to join our team. This full-time role offers bilingual service in English and Spanish, in-person and over the phone, with comprehensive paid training and licensing support.

You will generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads while building relationships in the community and adhering to underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales/insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office as needed and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
