Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that meet their goals.
• Process policy changes, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, and prospecting.
• Assist with local marketing by distributing promotional materials.
