Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish to serve diverse customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer service experience is required; sales or insurance exposure a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Willing to learn licensing processes and product details.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and propose insurance solutions that fit their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through interactions, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing materials and building relationships.
• Handle cash transactions and balance daily deposits, with required paperwork.
• Open and close the office and maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Follow underwriting guidelines and company procedures.
• Travel to other office locations within the assigned region when needed.
