Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Answer questions about customer policies and process payments/transactions
• Identify customer needs and follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and handle FNOL and vehicle photo tasks
• Handle bank deposits and position is full-time
• Perform other duties as assigned
