Job summary

The Juris Agency in Irving, TX is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Office Manager to lead our Allstate agency. You will coach the sales and service team, monitor KPIs, and ensure high standards while delivering bilingual, client-focused service.

You’ll partner with the agency owner to improve performance, manage daily operations, and grow the business through cross-selling and effective team leadership. The role offers a strong pathway to expanded responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.
• Prior P&C insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of personal lines (auto and home).
• Excellent communication, sales, coaching and leadership skills.
• Organized, dependable and KPI-driven.
• Positive, solutions-focused leadership approach.

As a Bilingual Insurance Office Manager with Chargoy Agency, you’ll help lead an Allstate agency in Irving that has served the community for more than 30 years.

You’ll coach and support the sales and service team, monitor KPIs and pipelines, and help team members improve their quoting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing skills. You’ll also oversee daily operations, ensure processes are followed, and work closely with the agency owner to solve problems and improve how the agency operates.

The base salary is $60,000- $80,000, depending on experience. You’ll also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible schedule.
