Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.
• Prior P&C insurance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of personal lines (auto/home).
• Excellent communication, sales, coaching and leadership skills.
• Organized and KPI-driven with goal orientation.

Responsibilities

Bilingual Insurance Office Manager with Chargoy Agency

You’re a natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team, maintain high standards, and ensure customers receive the level of service they deserve. As a Bilingual Insurance Office Manager with Chargoy Agency, you’ll help lead an Allstate agency in Irving that has served the community for more than 30 years. You’ll coach and support the sales and service team, monitor KPIs and pipelines, and help team members improve their quoting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing skills. You’ll also oversee daily operations, ensure processes are followed, and work closely with the agency owner to solve problems and improve how the agency operates. This is a team built for the long term. The agency serves the Hispanic community with bilingual insurance expertise and personalized service, and its values are clear: Driven, Teamwork, Accountable, Friendly, Intentional, and Integrity. As the agency continues to expand, you’ll have the opportunity to take on greater leadership responsibility and help shape the team and strategy.

The base salary is $60,000- $80,000, depending on experience. You’ll also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible schedule.
