Job summary

John Wanderscheid Insurance LLC is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on proactive policy reviews at renewal, cross-selling across auto, home, life, and retirement products, and strengthening customer relationships to grow the agency.

The ideal candidate will have an active personal lines license, be fluent in Spanish and English, and demonstrate a proven track record in insurance sales or service.

Qualifications

• Active PC or Personal Lines Insurance License for Oregon and Washington (as applicable)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales/service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Coachable team player

Responsibilities

• Onboard and engage new and renewing clients to ensure proper coverage and high retention.
• Proactively contact clients prior to policy renewal to schedule and conduct coverage reviews.
• Educate clients on current policies, coverage options, and any changes.
• Identify gaps or opportunities to better align policies with needs.
• Cross-sell across home, auto, life, retirement, and other lines.
