Qualifications

• License: California Property and Casualty license.
• 5+ years insurance experience.
• Upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• Prior captive agency experience beneficial.
• Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Renewal policy reviews.
• Writing new policies.
• Endorsing existing policies.
• Cross sales.
• Referring life insurance prospects to Life specialist.
• Making recommendations and giving advice.
• Following up and documentation.
• Minimum of 150 calls and emails per day.
