Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Property & Casualty license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Foster strong client relationships to maintain retention and satisfaction with follow-up appointments.
Assist clients with policy changes, update client information, and schedule appointments.
Cross-sell and round out client accounts.
Educate and advise clients on their policies with excellent customer service.
