Susie Kang State Farm Insurance Agency in Orange, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the growth of our local insurance team. This full-time role emphasizes bilingual Spanish communication, customer service, and a proactive, needs-based approach to helping clients choose the right insurance options.

You will resolve inquiries, follow up with customers, coordinate with agency team members, and pursue growth through quality service.

Qualificações

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
• Able to relate to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with agency team members.
• Sales experience (outside, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
• Target marketing goals and customer-focused sales.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Responsabilidades

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to meet customer needs while promoting business development.
