• Provide friendly, professional customer service in English and Spanish, in person and by phone.
• Assist existing customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage inquiries, and other service needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and collaborate with team members to ensure timely assistance.
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial services needs and connect them with the appropriate team member.
