What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications)

• Credentials: An active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required to start. You must also be driven to obtain your Life & Health License within your first 90 days.
• Bilingual Fluency: Complete professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
