State Farm Insurance Companies is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative for an in-office role in Albuquerque, NM. Active Property and Casualty license required.

You will establish customer relationships, answer inquiries about coverage, billing and eligibility, and educate clients on insurance options with a service-first mindset. This role emphasizes teamwork, accurate processing, and timely reporting while supporting agency growth and maintaining

Qualifications

• Must have an active Property & Casualty license.
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Must be able to commute to the Albuquerque, NM agency (in-office)

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
