Aston Carter is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Coordinator to support patients in a healthcare clinic setting with insurance education and enrollment assistance. This field-based role requires fluency in English and Spanish and comfortable communication with patients across multiple clinic locations.

The position is contract-based with travel between Plano, TX and surrounding clinics. The pay range is $18.00-$20.00 per hour, and eligible benefits may apply depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable speaking with patients in a healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients in clinic settings to provide insurance education and support.
• Explain insurance plan options and assist patients during open enrollment periods.
• Help patients complete enrollment paperwork and required documentation.
• Connect patients with insurance resources and enrollment support when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed notes of all patient interactions.
• Participate in daily virtual team huddles and provide activity updates and reporting.
• Travel between assigned clinics within the designated territory.
