Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Bilingual Insurance Coordinator in the Dallas, TX area to support patients with insurance education and enrollment across multiple clinic locations. This field-based role requires travel between clinics and strong organization to maintain records and provide accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include explaining plan options, assisting with enrollment, and connecting patients to resources.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Comfortable speaking with patients in a healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients in clinic settings to provide insurance education and support.
• Explain insurance plan options and assist patients during open enrollment periods.
• Help patients complete enrollment paperwork and required documentation.
• Connect patients with insurance resources and enrollment support when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed notes of all patient interactions.
• Participate in daily virtual team huddles and provide activity updates and reporting.
• Travel between assigned clinics within the designated territory.
