You'll receive hands-on training and coaching, and bilingual support in English and Spanish is required. You will work toward agency sales goals with uncapped commission, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Confident communicating over the phone and starting conversations.
• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential.
• Persistent and able to handle rejection.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up.
• Work with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales and insurance training.
