Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain US work authorization and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify client needs and offer insurance solutions.
• Process policy changes, updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales via interactions, follow-ups, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing with materials and community outreach.
• Manage cash transactions, balance deposits, and complete financial paperwork.
• Open/close office and maintain a professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel to other offices within the region as needed.
