Confie and its family of companies are seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships, leveraging a high-volume inbound lead flow, and pursuing growth across auto, homeowners, and health insurance options.

You will work in a performance-driven environment with compensation comprising base pay, commission, bonuses, and incentives.

Qualifikationen

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales goals.
