Lin Zhao Insurance Agency, a Farmers Insurance agency in Fremont, is seeking a bilingual team member to help clients with insurance needs, answer questions, and assist with policy updates. This full-time, in-office role in Fremont, CA offers base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with comprehensive training and licensing support.

No prior insurance experience is required; recent graduates and career changers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish.
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and proactively follow up.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and learning agency software.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work full-time, Monday-Friday, in Fremont office.
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Help with policy changes, renewals, billing, payments, and insurance documents.
• Read policy documents and carrier communications carefully and explain information clearly.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and follow through on next steps.
• Follow up with agency leads, referrals, and pending quotes.
• Prepare quotes and assist with insurance applications.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage that meets clients’ needs.
• Work toward customer service, retention, and sales goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and protect confidential information.
