Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Spanish and English to assess needs and offer solutions.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers through product selection.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with follow‑ups.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service in both languages.
