Job summary

Trucordia is seeking an on-site Client Services professional in Gretna, LA to guide clients through account management with care and accuracy.

Requirements include 1–2 years in insurance or customer service, an active P&C and/or L&H license, and bilingual English/Arabic. You will handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, while maintaining AMS360 records and collaborating with Producers to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Arabic required.
• 1–2 years in insurance or customer service.
• Active P&C and/or L&H insurance license.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Experience with AMS360 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients with prompt service.
• Manage placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health; assist with underwriting information.
• Maintain carrier relationships to secure quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure renewal and retention with proactive service; maintain AMS360 records.
• Collaborate with Producers and Senior Client Managers to support client needs; handle policy changes and endorsements.
