Job summary

Woodburn School District is seeking an Instructional Services Program Administrator to provide support to the Director of Instructional Services. The role emphasizes district-wide coordination of Title and grant programs, family engagement, and data analysis to improve student outcomes.

The position requires a Master's in Education, an Oregon Administrator License, five years of licensed teaching, and strong communication skills in English (Spanish or Russian preferred).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field.
• Oregon Administrative License with Administrator Endorsement.
• Minimum five years as licensed educator.
• English oral and written proficiency; Spanish or Russian if assigned.
• Strong communication and leadership in collaboration with staff.
• Knowledge of Title programs and data disaggregation.
• Knowledge of bilingual education, program evaluation, and staff development.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively in English in both oral and written form.
• Communicates effectively in Spanish or Russian (if assigned) in both oral and written form.
• Organizes and coordinates District community/parent outreach programs.
• Promote a positive, safe and caring climate for learning; deal sensitively and fairly with diverse backgrounds.
• Conducts leadership training activities for parents and community members.
• Assist in writing various program grants.
• Coordination and supervision of Title and grant programs as assigned.
• Assists in compliance with, and evaluation of, Title and grant programs.
• Supports school administration in developing community/parent outreach opportunities.
• Supervises, directs, hires, and evaluates program personnel as assigned.
