Job summary

Qualifications

  • Leadership and facilitation of work with staff and administrators.
  • Excellent organizational skills for multitasking.
  • Knowledge of SPED laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Advises teachers on procedural compliance with special education law.
  • Acts as case manager for students in non-district programs.
  • Coordinates services for identified students across in-district and partner sites.
  • Provides training for special education procedures and record-keeping.
  • Supports and trains staff on State Testing Options.
  • Maintains confidential student records and ensures data integrity.
  • Fosters a respectful learning environment and strong district relations.
