Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the strategic vision for ELD programming in alignment with the Lau Plan.
• Ensure staff are informed and compliant with district expectations.
• Oversee language development curriculum, instruction, and assessment; design professional development.
• Work with Student Support Services to serve MLs in Special Education.
• Co-lead the Lau Plan Advisory Council and report to the community.
• Represent the district in Maine DOE ML Advisory Council as needed.
• Maintain documentation in ELLevation and Vector; support teachers new to ESOL.
