Job summary

Damotech is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Lockport, IL to coordinate installation schedules, equipment logistics, and project administration from scheduling through invoicing. You will partner with customers, installers, project managers, and internal teams to keep projects moving on time and within scope.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination, bilingual English/Spanish, and legal eligibility to work in the United States.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination.
Bilingual English and Spanish.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to work on-site.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain installation schedules, ensuring projects are planned efficiently and resources are available when needed.
Communicate with customers, installers, project managers, and internal teams to confirm installation dates, provide updates, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics for installation projects, including shipments, deliveries, inventory tracking, and returns.
Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling, equipment, material, or operational issues to help keep projects on track.
Arrange corrective work, return visits, and additional material deliveries when required to ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintain accurate project, scheduling, equipment, and documentation records in ClickUp and other company systems.
Support project closeout and invoicing by collecting required documentation, reviewing project information, and ensuring completed projects are ready for billing.
