Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to deliver world-class service for roofing, siding, and window projects. You will assist customers, process orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in related sales, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with benefits and growth opportunities in a nationwide distributor.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail- and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions.
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies.
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account.
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse.
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for.
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked.
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise.
