Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Bilingual Inside Sales Representative in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You’ll be the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, supporting both individual customers and the Outside Sales team.

Your role involves managing quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and clients returning. A strong Spanish fluency requirement and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely quotes and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide product selections.
• Enter and process orders accurately and quickly.
• Coordinate with warehouse to match stock levels with demand.
• Schedule deliveries and provide updates to customers.
• Support Outside Sales by handling backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain clean showroom and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and proactively.
• Distribute product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review sales reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate daily with Branch Operations Manager and sales staff.
