This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong communication, administrative, and sales support experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email, and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Previous experience in the fastener, industrial, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional support in English and Spanish.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, and account information.
• Assist customers with product selection and order placement.
• Accurately enter, process, and track customer orders.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are met.
• Use Microsoft Excel to maintain customer and sales information, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop knowledge of the company's fastener products to effectively assist customers.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open orders and inquiries.
• Provide daily administrative and customer service support to the sales team.

Qualifications
