Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative in Las Vegas to build relationships with contractors and customers, providing product knowledge, quotes, and timely service.

You’ll blend customer support with inside sales, processing orders, and helping customers find solutions while coordinating with operations to keep projects moving forward. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Customer-focused with ability to provide product information and solutions.
• Inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn Rugby’s products and grow with the company.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions.
• Generate sales via phone, email, and customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity records.
• Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and market opportunities.
