Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative in Las Vegas to build relationships with contractors and customers, providing product knowledge, quotes, and timely service.

You’ll blend customer support with inside sales, processing orders, and helping customers find solutions while coordinating with operations to keep projects moving forward. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Are you a relationship-builder who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and growing sales? We’re looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting business growth.

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a nationwide distributor of specialty building products with 26 locations across the United States. We serve customers across a variety of industries and are committed to providing quality products, exceptional service, and a workplace where employees can grow and succeed.

The Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting them with product knowledge and exceptional service. This position combines customer service, account management, and inside sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and helping customers find solutions.

You’ll work closely with contractors, builders, woodworkers, manufacturers, and other customers, helping them select products, process orders, and keep their projects moving forward.

What You’ll Do

• Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and market opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred


• Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience preferred


• Building materials, construction, millwork, lumber, distribution, or industrial sales experience is a plus


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Ability to provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales goals


• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities


• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications


• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic


• Willingness to learn Rugby’s products and become a trusted resource for customers
