The Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Representative youll play a key role in building relationships with customers identifying sales opportunities and supporting them with product knowledge and exceptional service This position combines customer service account management and inside sales making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and helping customers find solutions Youll work closely with contractors builders woodworkers manufacturers and other customers helping them select products process orders and keep their projects moving forward

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Serve as a trusted resource by providing product information recommendations and solutions
• Generate sales through phone email and customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business
• Prepare customer quotes pricing and proposals
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Previous inside sales customer service account management or sales support experience preferred
• Building materials construction millwork lumber distribution or industrial sales experience is a plus

• Organized detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using computers CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
