Job summary

Samsung C&T America, Inc. (SCTA) seeks a highly organized Sales Operation Coordinator to support end-to-end order management within its Supply Chain Management team.

The role involves processing orders, tracking data across systems, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries. Candidate should have 2–5 years in sales operations or related fields and be bilingual in English and Korean.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order management.
• High level of accuracy and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end order management from entry to delivery, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with partners to ensure timely replenishment.
• Support demand planning with sales forecast inputs and data accuracy in systems.
• Communicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing records in internal systems.
