Job summary

SteelHold Inc. is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales/Counter Sales Lead to champion storefront operations and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This role blends high-impact customer engagement with hands-on operational support, requiring a polished professional who excels in relationship-building, product knowledge, and efficient order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to supporting both sales growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or inside sales.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the sales counter with a professional demeanor.
• Guide customers through product selection, pricing, availability, and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor with merchandising upkeep.
• Operate the cash register and manage the cash drawer with accuracy.
• Enter, process, and track customer orders in the inventory system.
• Occasionally operate a forklift to replenish stock and support warehouse workflow.
• Deliver customer orders locally in company vehicle as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
