Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Manager to support industrial projects at client facilities. The role requires 100% travel and full-time on-site work, with delivery through design-build and turnkey approaches led by Foth.

You will coordinate safety, schedules, and constructability with clients and internal teams to deliver quality installations. Required bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, an Associate's degree or equivalent, and 10+ years of

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish, verbal and written, with experience in construction site coordination or client interactions in both languages.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 10, 1926).

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% and work full-time on-site at client locations.
• Promote, support, and monitor safety policies of Foth and clients.
• Resolve conflicts and strengthen Foth-client relationships.
• Serve as primary technical contact with client and internal design teams.
• Oversee construction management for design-build and turnkey projects to ensure quality installations.
• Coordinate schedules with engineering, trades, vendors and client.
• Lead trades to ensure safe, on-budget, and on-schedule scope execution.
• Independently resolve day-to-day issues on site.
• Coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with engineering teams.
• Manage change for scope, schedule, and budget with the project manager.
• Provide input to constructability reviews.
• Keep stakeholders informed with daily site activity reports.
