Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking an experienced on-site Construction Manager to lead industrial project execution at client facilities. This role requires full-time travel and on-site work, with design-build and turnkey project delivery under Foth leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience coordinating construction sites and communicating with clients in both languages.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% and work full-time on-site at client locations outside of scheduled PTO.
• Promote, support, and monitor safety policies of Foth and Foth Clients.
• Interact with clients to resolve conflicts and build the Foth-Client relationship.
• Serve as a primary technical contact with the client and internal design teams regarding construction.
• Oversee construction management activities for design-build/install projects to ensure quality installations.
• Coordinate construction schedules with engineering, trades, vendors, and clients.
• Lead and coordinate construction trades to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule execution.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues independently; coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with engineering teams.
• Provide input to constructability reviews and keep stakeholders informed with daily site activity reports.
