Job summary

The Foth Companies seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The role requires 100% travel and on-site work at client locations, coordinating with engineers, trades, vendors, and the client to deliver safe, high-quality installations.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in industrial construction management, OSHA 10 certification, and proficiency in English and Spanish. A related associate degree is required; a CM bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience required for construction coordination.
• 10+ years of industrial construction management experience are expected.

Responsibilities

• Promote, support, and monitor safety policies.
• Serve as primary technical contact with client and internal design teams.
• Manage construction oversight for design-build installations to meet specs and budgets.
• Coordinate schedules with engineering, trades, vendors and client.
• Lead construction trades to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule scope execution.
• Resolve day-to-day issues on site and communicate with project manager.
