Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking an on-site Construction Manager to deliver industrial projects at client facilities. You will drive safety, schedule, and budget while coordinating with engineering and field teams.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred; 10+ years of industrial CM experience and fluency in English/Spanish required. Travel 100% to sites; flexible work-from-home options may be available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coordinate construction site activities across multiple disciplines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of industrial construction management experience.
• OSHA 10 certification (1926).

Responsibilities

• Travel 100% and work on-site at client locations.
• Promote, support, and monitor safety policies.
• Resolve conflicts and build the Foth-Client relationship.
• Serve as a primary technical contact with the client and internal teams.
• Oversee construction management for Design Build installations to ensure quality installations.
• Maintain and coordinate construction schedules with engineering, trades, vendors, and the client.
• Lead and coordinate construction trades to ensure safe, on-budget, on-schedule scope.
• Independently resolve day-to-day issues on site.
• Coordinate resolution of technical/design issues with the engineering team.
• Handle change management for scope, schedule, and budget with the project manager.
• Provide input to constructability reviews.
• Keep stakeholders informed with daily reports.
